Dennis Moreland’s 1 1/4″ hobbles are made of doubled and stitched burgundy latigo leather. The buckle is a stainless steel square top roller buckle and the rings are made of stainless steel rod. When unbuckled it’s 48 inches long with a strap that holds the rings at a 4 inch length between the legs. This is a great size for almost any horse or colt.
