When Adam at The Saddle House first introduced me to the work coming out of Prairie Forge, I was impressed. Prairie Forge brings together a talented group of young bit and spur makers and metal engravers who are carrying on the tradition of handmade Western craftsmanship.
I’ve handled a lot of great bits, spurs, and equipment over the years, and I appreciate good craftsmanship when I see it. The quality, balance, and attention to detail in these handmade spurs stood out to me right away. I’m excited to have the opportunity to offer some of Prairie Forge’s work through AD Tack.
Handmade in Texas, this pair of Prairie Forge Spurs features sterling silver single mounting on a 1″ band, a 2.25″ shank, and a 6 point rowel. They have the clean, traditional look I appreciate in a good pair of Western spurs and the quality of workmanship you expect from a premium, handmade piece.
